Policy positions of my ideal candidate:

War: use production capacity nonviolently to defeat ISIS on the internet, by dropping iphones not bombs from drones and beamin in free, unblockable, uncensored internet so the Syrians and Libyans can talk freely amongst themselves.

World poverty: World basic income, funded on the Fed's (and other central banks) balance sheet at zero cost to taxpayers.

Fix runaway, unexpected inflation once and for all with full indexation of incomes to price rises.

Big banks: let them wither away of their own accord. Make sure the Fed can handle payment systems to individuals without relying on the private sector.

Negative interest rates are shrinking banks anyway. Let them die naturally; no need to regulate more. Even ease up on capital requirements.
